Serious partners can ask for more in private. Diligence, technical or financial, can include an unredacted walkthrough of the reasoning and a live session with the system running. The boundary is fixed and holds in private too: no model names, no routing internals. What is public is the thesis and the honest current state; what stays private is the build.
